Shipping Policy

Shipping Partners:

We currently ship all orders within Norway using Bring and Postnord, through our logistics partner, Profrakt.

Free Shipping:

All orders within Norway come with free shipping—the cost of shipping is already included in the product price. There are no additional charges at checkout for standard delivery.

Delivery Area:

At this time, we only ship packages within Norway. International shipping is not available.

Delivery Timeframe:

If a delivery time is not specified during the order process, we guarantee that your goods will be shipped and delivered no later than 30 days after your order is confirmed.

If we encounter any delays in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible with a new, reasonable deadline for delivery. Should we be unable to fulfill your order within the additional deadline provided, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

Delivery Confirmation:

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • You or an authorized representative has received the product, or

  • The product is made available for pickup at a designated location (e.g., a postal office or collection point).

Failed Deliveries:

If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details or failure to collect it from a designated pick-up location, it may be returned to us. In such cases, any re-shipment may incur additional charges. Please double-check your delivery information during checkout to avoid delays or additional costs.

Unfulfilled Orders:

If we do not deliver the item within the specified time and any agreed-upon additional period, you can cancel your purchase. However, you must notify us of your intent to cancel within 21 days of the final delivery deadline. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your right to demand fulfillment of the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

In the event of any damage to your product during shipping or a lost package, please notify us immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, if applicable.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider chosen at checkout.

We are committed to choosing the most environmentally friendly shipping options available. Our packaging materials are carefully selected based on their environmental impact:

  • We use recycled plastic, paper, or cardboard, depending on what offers the best balance of durability, recyclability, and eco-friendliness.

  • Recycled plastic can be as environmentally friendly as paper and cardboard because it requires less energy and resources to produce, potentially leading to fewer emissions from non-renewable energy sources.

We strongly encourage all our customers to recycle. Proper sorting of both plastic and paper ensures these materials can be repurposed and reused, reducing waste and supporting a circular economy.
